New protocol for Rangers fans ahead of the Glasgow Derby on March 31st proves Celtic are flexing their muscles.
Celtic have informed Rangers supporters that they must arrive at Parkhead well ahead of kick-off. The Ibrox club’s fans have been told to congregate outside the Chris Hoy velodrome at 10:30 on March 31st. That’s a full hour-and-a-half before the game.
Celtic claim they’ve been in contact with Police Scotland, and want all away fans in the ground by 11:15. If they don’t follow those instructions, Rangers fans may not be allowed in to the stadium until after kick-off.
